ViCBiostat Summer School 2015 - Registration
To attend the ViCBiostat Summer School 2015 please complete a registration form and return to Marian Chandler either by:

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. Alternatively you may request an invoice by contacting Marian by email or phone (03) 9936 6049. MCRI and RCH staff may request a cost centre transfer.
*Please note: full payment must be made by the commencement of the course.

Cancellation fees:
A full refund will be provided if written notification is received by ViCBiostat at least 7 days prior to the course start date. Substitutions may be made, but refunds are not provided for any cancellation received after this time or for non-attendance on the day.
